IF YOU BUY THE DINNER PACKAGE THE TIME ON YOUR TICKET IS YOUR DINNER TIME.  YOU WILL DO THE HAUNTED HOUSE BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR DINNER RESERVATION.

SAVE TIME.  BUY ONLINE.  DO NOT WAIT IN THE TICKET BUYERS LINE.


IF YOU BUY THE COMBO DINNER PACKAGE YOUR RESERVATION TIME IS THE TIME OF YOUR DINNER.  YOU WILL DO THE HAUNTED HOUSE BEFORE OR AFTER THE DINNER.  YOU MUST BRING THE CREDIT CARD USED AND YOUR ID.

IF YOU CHOOSE A DINNER TIME ANY TIME BETWEEN 5PM AND 7:30PM YOU MUST HAVE DINNER FIRST.  IF YOU CHOOSE A DINNER TIME ANYTIME BETWEEN 8PM AND 9PM YOU MUST DO HAUNTED HOUSES FIRST.

IF THERE IS NO TIME SLOT AVAILABE IT MEANS THAT TIME SLOT IS ALREADY BOOKED AND YOU NEED TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT TIME THAT IS AVAILABLE.  ALSO AVAILABLE FOR WALK IN GUESTS IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE.

PLEASE REMEMBER GRATUITY IS NOT INLCLUDED.  PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TIP YOUR SERVERS.

FOR THE DINNER PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BUY YOUR TICKETS AND IDENTIFICATION.  YOUR ID MUST MATCH THE NAME OF THE CREDIT CARD YOU USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS AND YOU MUST HAVE THE SAME CREDIT CARD YOU USED TO BUY THE TICKETS.   IF YOU PURCHASED A DINNER OR BAR PACKAGE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM AUTHORIZING US TO CHARGE THE CARD PRESENTED IF THE ORIGINAL CARD IS DECLINED FOR ANY REASON.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS THEN AN ALTERNATIVE CREDIT CARD MUST BE PRESENTED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED ON THE NEW CARD YOU PRESENT IN FULL AND A CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ON THE ORGINAL CARD.

MAXIMUM RESERVATION LENGTH AT YOUR TABLE FOR DINNER IS 1.5 HOURS.  ONCE THE 3 COURSES HAVE BEEN SERVED AND 1.5 HOURS HAS PASSED YOU WILL BE ASKED TO DEPART ALLOWING US TO SEAT THE NEXT RESERVATION.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT NEW YORK STATE REQUIRES ALL RESTAURANTS TO CLOSE BY 10PM.
MASKS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES EXCEPT WHILE EATING OR DRINKING AT YOUR TABLE.
